Are you looking for a high performance, powerful and reliable machine? The TA Series offers three different bed lengths (Z400, Z640 and Z1100) with multiple configuration options. These prismatic bed lathes are the best ones for sale. All the models of this Series incorporate a turret with a built-in motor offering 12,000 rpm driven tools, completely cooled with oil and hydraulic clamping. The integrated spindles of this CNC machine increase precision and reduce machining times. Thanks to the GL20 II Gantry Robot, automating short and long batches is possible in all the models of the TA Series with workstockers that accommodate a large range of parts to extend autonomy times. TURRET WITH A BUILT-IN MOTOR

The turret is cooled with oil, which gives this machine greater thermal stability. The ultra-rigid turret locks with a 3-piece curvic coupling design. The non-lift turret disk unclamps internally when moving away from the workpiece and clamps during the approach, The result? Effective tool change times of 0.2 sec. It also remains completely sealed preventing the ingress of dirt.

ACCURACY AND RELIABILITY

INTEGRATED OIL-COOLED SPINDLES

The spindles do not have belts or pulleys, resulting in much lower noise levels and better surface finishes. Being integrated, increased accuracy and reduce machining times are a given. In addition, with a double row of roller bearings our spindles can withstand substantial impacts without damage.

ROBOT GL 20 II

The GL 20II Gantry robot loader/unloader, manufactured at CMZ, offers interesting automation solutions that allows the automation of short and long batches. It is easy to set thanks to its conversational programming system, with a range of workstockers available permitting long periods of unmanned operation.

This video is an example of a Gantry equipped TA Series. It shows a solution to automate the process of machining shafts in your TA Series lathe. Our GL20II Gantry loader system combined with the WS700 workstocker for shafts allows you to leave you machines running unmanned.
