@Ask_Spectrum our Spectrum stream has been down for over 2 days now. It doesn’t work on our smarttv, iphones, or tablet. We have restarted modem and done all troubleshooting options. Our internet works, but we’re about to cancel the TV service!

So that company that hired me and then never gave me hours (and technically still considers me an employee) isn’t cooperating with TWC so I might have to get them subpoenaed by the state Fun.

@Ask_Spectrum How can you guys charge me twice for spectrum mobile when I never activated services? Both charges equal 116 dollars. I've had to call 4 times now in the span of two months and I have yet to be refunded. Please let me know who I need to contact to resolve this issue

@Ask_Spectrum I get my information electronically only. How am I supposed to get a security code from my bill if I have to have the security code in order to view the bill? I am already logged into my account this is horrible.

Hey @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum care to explain why I'm getting dropped frames on a 6mbs Twitch stream when I just upgraded to the package that should get me 20mbs upload? How is it reasonable to charge me $70 a month for this **** when Google Fiber never gave me these issues.
