I've been to this location plenty of times and everyone is always very sweet and helpful. I went there today and was greeted by so many people and it was very nice. I love going to Publix, but this one is by far the best one! I haven't lived in St Augustine for long but have net some amazing people, especially the employees at Publix! Thank you all so much for being so kind and going above and beyond what you have to do

Been going to Publix for years, this location has really gone downhill. Staff treatment at times borderlines flat out rude to paying customers? Products mis marked then when you ask customer service for assistance you have a 50/50 chance of being treated with respect? I heard one customer being told “ You need to learn how to read the signs”? Really. No thanks! There are many choices out there to shop at. Upper management needs to take notice and don’t rely on all the friends etc.writing some bogus reviews in order to obtain good scores.

Yes, the rates are steep, but you can enter and exit quickly, and every staff member treats you like a best friend. The friendliness of the place almost makes me think of Disney World!
Publix....where shopping is Not a pleasure! At least not at this location. Absolutely the worst location I've ever been to. I'm not sure how they received 4 stars. Customer service is awful. The employees are not friendly, and I've had to return items from the Bakery and the deli on more than one occasion. The last straw was the Bakery. I ordered a cake for my child's birthday, they put happy birthday in icing on a plastic card, and stuck it on the cake. The words melted off and was a complete mess. I will be driving the extra 15miles to cobblestone from now on!!
