Why are my Labcorp results not showing on portal? ›

To protect the privacy of your data, the personal information in your lab test order must match your Labcorp Patient account. If the information is different, your results may not appear in your account. If you need help accessing your results, you can contact us.

The most common reason for delay in receiving results is inaccurate or out-of-date personal information on record with your health care providers or in your Labcorp Patient™​ portal personal profile.

Labcorp Patient ™ allows users to link their accounts in order to share their lab testing information with others. You can invite someone to link to your account so that they can view things like your appointments, bills, results and insurance information. Linked accounts are one-way connections.

How do I add on a test to a patient's laboratory test order after the specimen has been collected? If you have a LabCorp Link^TM login/password , you can submit your add-on test request electronically. You may also call your local laboratory and add-on the test request.

Some test results are not released to your MyChart account because of their sensitive nature. Your doctor determines which types of test results are able to be accessed through MyChart and which might require an in person conversation.

Your results may be delayed if the sample is inadequate (not enough blood), contaminated, or if the blood cells were destroyed for some reason before reaching the lab.

Typically, it takes about 2 to 4 days from the date of pickup of a specimen to the release of the test result. Your result will be delivered directly to your Labcorp Patient™ account as soon as it is available. If you don't have an account, create one now to see your result when it becomes available.

The following blood tests will take longer: Diabetes blood test (Hba1c) – 1 week. Rheumatoid Arthritis blood test – 1 week. Coeliac blood test (endomyssial antibody) – 2 weeks.

Processing and Results

Once testing is complete, test results are sent to the ordering doctor for review. Depending on the complexity of the test being performed, it could take a few hours or as long as several days before your results are reported to your doctor.
