I have found some information on your pill. The imprint of the M inside of a box is the mark of the company Mallinckrodt.
I was able to find the manufacturers website and fortunately they have pictures of all of their generic medicines. The only pill that matches your description is an orange, hexagonal (6 sided) tablet with imprint 8N M, indicating Buprenorphine and Naloxone Sublingual Tablets. It looks like the marking is actually 8N, easily read upside down as N8. (NDC 0406-8020).
Inactive Ingredients:
- Acesulfame Potassium
- Anhydrous Citric Acid
- FD&C Yellow No. 6
- Anhydrous Lactose
- Lactose Monohydrate
- Magnesium Stearate
- Mannitol
- Povidone, Unspecified
- Sodium Citrate, Unspecified Form
- Starch, Corn
- Aluminum Oxide
According to DailyMed, this medicine contains the active ingredients Buprenorphine (8mg) and Naloxone (2mg). The drug is used to treat opiate dependency.

Where are these available at? I keep hearing about them. I was switched off my Amneal and am looking for a different kind I can adjust to since it looks like our pharmacies will no longer be getting Amneal. I am curious to try the ones you guys are talking about

Hey Barry I don't think this pill is Suboxone! I ran into some of them myself and they were presented as MDMA. I'm not sure about this either. I took one days ago and still don't feel right. I've had violent bouts of vomiting and all I want to do is sleep. I will not be taking again.

Actually, Kevin's ID (# 1) is likely correct. If you were taking this expecting it to be MDMA, then of course you'd be getting sick. This drug contains a powerful narcotic ingredient and is NOTHING like MDMA. So based on your seeming illicit drug use and the possibility of getting counterfeit tablets, I'm sorry to say that you are mistaken!
